Great place! I've got to learn a basic two step though! We saw a little rodeo, watched the dancers, explored the many handprints from celebrities and were entertained by Junior Brown! What a night!

Cool place. All kinds of neat memorabilia. I really loved that there were tables and chairs to sit in for the concert. Lost a star though because I had great difficulty hearing the words to the songs, everyone wouldn't stop talking and it overwhelmed the musicians except when the most popular songs were being played.

A legendary venue for certain. Crowded, college crowd, prices a bit high but saying you got to go has a mystique all it's own. Nice place to visit to see it but if you are looking for a honkytonk, you might want to look elsewhere.

Dont like the concert seating wish they would be stadium seating. Tables are too tight. No handicap seating. The first aid responders was excellent. They were called when I needed help. The first responders and security was so caring to my needs. Will never forget this experience bc I had a big scare & they were right there! Thank you Billy Bob's!!

The best bbq ever. They have live music, rodeo, dance classes, line dance on Saturdays. Super cool place for the whole family

Visiting from out of state with my sisters wedding party, everyone had a good time. There was live music, mechanical bull riding and lots of people. Definitely a large and crowded atmosphere, but can be a lot of fun!

I loved this place in the 1980s and still love it. The Urban Cowboy movie made it famous but they have kept it going!!! Alive and thriving among all the others. Billy Bobs is iconic and the food is still great. I mean not good for you food but good eating. Get the brisket. It is real!!! Its carved not pressed and try the sweet stuff too. The staff is friendly and helpful. Adult disneyland here. Oh yeah ride the bull!

One of the best places to enjoy Fort Worth Texas. Great venue to see a band. Kinda takes you back to the old days but in a good way.

Visited for a concert, the performance was incredible. Having to sit down throughout the show at long tables with no room in between was not a great experience. You spend a lot of the time standing up and sitting down to let people in and out. I have checked the box of visiting the World's Largest Honky Tonk but it is not going to be a favorite place for a show. I will give it another shot and will stay away from the reserved seating.

I like this place. Nice friendly atmosphere. The staff is great & friendly able to answer questions you have. Been there alot of times never had any issues. If you've never been there a place to stop & see if you visit Fort Worth, Texas.

I'm from NY, I never seen the variety of ages in one place like this. It was from 21-99; no joke. It was amazing! Pool, line dancing, concert, bull riding... You name it, it was here! A definite recommend.

Years ago I used to go Dancing at Billy Bob’s. Always had the greatest of times there and the Stock Yards a great place to go shopping 🛒 and there is one restaurant that I don’t remember the name of but it had the most delicious 😋 Chicken Fried Steak I ever tasted in my life time 🤯

Billy Bob’s is a ton of fun! Just beware of paying for parking. In my experience, I paid for parking at the kiosk on parking lot East of Billy Bob’s. There are two kiosks and apparently you have to be careful which one you use to pay for parking. I was given a parking ticket for paying for a different “lot” yet you provide your license plate. We called and emailed to fight this ticket. Save your receipt and make sure you contact them. We got ours dismissed.

Amazing place. Just a real site to see. Great vibes. I was there on a quiet lunchtime so had a dance on the empty dancefloor with the one I love. I can't wait to go back.

Nice place, crazy over the top design absolutely Beautiful setup. Great food options. Dance floor is positively gigantic. They have a great gift shop with everything Billy Bob's. Staff the positively the friendliest most helpful you could ask for. Even when it is the busiest it has a lot of room. Music is also great!

Didnt live up to the hype, went for a concert, not sure why this is a venue for any mainstream acts, the local up and coming maybe. But the view, the layout, access to restrooms all garbage. The pizza and popcorn where good!

The sound system for the band left a lot to be desired. The table service was good and most of the staff were very friendly. No smoking inside the bar makes for a clean environment. If you are a smoker, there is a small patio out back that you can use. Be aware, this is uncovered so the weather may dictate it's usefulness. The beers were always cold. They have a fairly standard collection of liquors and can make typical mixed drinks.

My first night in Dallas/Fort Worth, my employer rented out one of their banquet rooms and we had a nice buffet set up for us. It serves about 30 people. The brisket was amazing and I went up multiple times for their coleslaw. There was a designated bar in the banquet room so we had access to drinks the whole time. Our waitress was super friendly. I'm from Ohio so having someone refer to you as "Darlin" is quite a shock. But a welcomed one!Everything else about Billy Bob's is great. It's super authentic and I can everyone is genuinely having a great time! Although it's not my style of entertain I completely respect the style that it is. Overall, I'd say that it's an iconic place to try and visit if you're in Dallas!

Really enjoyed our stop to watch college football, have a few beers and experience the atmosphere. Got there mid-afternoon, so only had to pay $2/person to get in, while friends got there later for the band and the cover charge had moved up to $16/person. All 6 of us had fun having our picture taken on the bull. Get there early and enjoy!

You can pay to sit OR stand for free. Heard the band from all over the place. Bar peeps were great. Good atmosphere. If you don’t pay for table seating you will be standing and the view not so great but worth it still.

Great place to listen to live music. They have always had an excellent showcase. Large dance floor. Plenty of places to grab a drink. Play a game of pool. See a live rodeo show as well. If you listen to country music they’ve most likely played here. Especially here in Texas.

Billy Bob Barnett, a Texas A&M University graduate and professional football player, teamed up with nightclub owner and former car salesman, Spencer Taylor. While looking for a location to fit their idea, the men decided upon an abandoned 100,000-square-foot department store that was at one time an open-air cattle barn. With some additional investors, Barnett and Taylor renovated the building's interior and exterior and opened the place to the public on April 1, 1981
